About Olivia

As an Account Executive at Apex Insurance Solutions, Olivia brings a relationship-first approach rooted in empathy, trust, and a deep understanding of the contractor space. Growing up around construction through her father’s work in the trades, she developed an appreciation for the hard work, resilience, and dedication it takes to build something from the ground up, an understanding that now helps her connect authentically with clients and advocate for their businesses with care and intention.

A graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education, Olivia later earned her master’s degree in administration from Lindenwood University. During her collegiate years, she competed in volleyball at both East Central College and Missouri State University, experiences that shaped her leadership style, work ethic, and passion for teamwork.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Olivia spent six years teaching elementary school while also coaching volleyball, continuing her passion for mentoring and developing others both in the classroom and on the court. Her background in education and coaching continues to influence her approach today, as she believes the best client relationships are built through communication, consistency, and genuine care for people’s well-being.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys working out, hiking with her big yellow lab Hank, hunting, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
